The milk lover baby strikes again!!

Ethan must be saying, "Since mommy not giving me my nenen yet, I shall suck on daddy to quinch my thirst!! Nah baru kamu tau, koto!!"

Daddy said, "Eeee...gali oh dia hisap dada sia!!" hahaha...

Mind you, am not depriving my precious of his food coz he just had his 150ml of milk which is just slightly more than 5 oz of milk!!

My baby Ethan LOVES his milk (well which baby doesn't right...duh!).. or could it be that he just has strong sucking needs...anyway, at times after his feeding he still long for more milk. So I wonder if I should give him more or surrender him to his "cucut" aka pacifier (which of coz unfavourable by some including myself...) Sometimes I'll still give him breast milk after his formula but then again I thought his cute chubby tummy may be over loaded especially when he just had his milk...so I'm in dilemma at times...I asked some of the other mommies for advice...some said:

1. increase his milk

while others said

2. feed him more frequent but reduce the amount of milk

...the problem with second opinion is that my baby is very the "gundoot" baby. He will demand the full amount of milk that he usually gets otherwise we end up with a whining crying baby...oh dear oh dear...hee...now you know why my baby becomes chubby so fast ah ;p

Homer Simpson look alike?? (NOT!!)

My hubby took pictures of our little prince on Merdeka Day while he was snoozing on my shoulder...as I was looking at his pics, I told my hubby he looks a bit like Homer Simpson especially now that my baby started to loose his baby hair and became a bit baldy...have a look and what say you??

Ethan's twin brother...

Hehe...it ain't true...Ethan doesn't have a twin brother but he shares the same birth date as Uncle Dom...so we called him his "twin bro" :)

Merdeka Visit from Aunty Jewelle

Baby Ethan had a Merdeka visit from Aunty Jewelle last Friday...it was good to catch up with Jewelle and her troup (Calvin, Eu & Qi) again...we gals together with Vi and Jay always try to meet up wheneverv Jay and/or Jewelle are/is in town.

Anyway Jewelle was back in town for her sis's engagement. Happy Engagement to Jacq!

Thank you...

We had a simple Thanks Giving dinner for baby Ethan last Saturday...it was just a small do to say "thank you" to all family members (especially to our parents), relatives and friends (especially Aunty Bong) who have given us the support in every ways during the challenging time for Ethan, his first 2 weeks of life...yes, my precious prince was not well... he was infected by bacteria 5 hrs after born unfortunately...but thanks to the Lord Almighty, our precious is a strong fighter and is all well, happy and healthy now :)

Ethan's jeans debut!

Hubby and myself are "jeans people" so I was pretty excited when my dear friend and ex-colleague Rini, gave Ethan a pair of baby jeans as a gift that came along with a cute dinousaur t-shirt. Boy was I happy when I opened the parcel that she sent!! :) Honestly, this is not his first pair of jeans...Hubby bought him a pair when he was outstation previously...he bought a larger size coz we thought he may not fit into the jeans long if we buy him a baby size (remember babies grow up fast hehe..) but the gifts from Rini was perfect!! :)

Anyway, I was waiting for the right time to show off my rugged prince and what better time than during his recent simple Thanks Giving do :) So people, presenting to you my ruggedly handsome baby prince, tadaaaa.......
